Welcome to PAUSE People Coaching

Helping parents of kids and tweens with ADHD sow the seeds of self-regulation, early and often.

PAUSE People is a voice for kids who aren’t born organized; kids who need more structure and guidance at home to be successful later, as school and life demands get more complicated.

We created PAUSE People to disrupt a growing, predictable trend: more kids enter school with lagging self-regulation skills, often hitting an emotional wall later, frustrated and overwhelmed when life's demands outpace the skills they’ve been taught to organize it all.
