What begins to change when parents step into the PAUSE
Small moments create big ripples.
The PAUSE is where the magic happens: in the space between stimulus and response, you can interrupt autopilot patterns and choose how you show up in the moments that matter.

With real-time guidance, you learn to slow down, see patterns that were once invisible, and consciously shape the spaces, interactions, and routines that shape the rhythm of daily life at home.

Here's what parents notice:
✓ More steadiness in you.
Your kids feel it immediately.
✓ More hugs, high-fives, and faster repair.
Connection replaces friction.
✓ Smoother mornings and evenings.
Less fuss. More fun.
✓ Homework stops becoming a nightly battle.
Easier to start and finish.
✓ Home begins to feel like a team.
More calm and connection.

Fix the environment, not the child.
Most ADHD interventions focus on the child.

This is your role. Not to manage your family, but to shape the environment in ways that support everyone’s neurobiology and strengths.

We are on a mission to make parent coaching for kids with ADHD just as common as medication...and way more accessible, fun, and affordable.

Join veteran coaches Yulia Rafailova and Dan Leibowitz, M.Ed. M. SpEd. for a fun, lighthearted, and deeply effective practice, grounded in CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines for families with ADHD in the house.

"I love that my boys are proud of me for going to 'parent school' and that they feel a difference. It made a difference in our home after the first session."
“I switched from being reactive to being the architect of my relationships with my kids.”
"PAUSE People validated my experience and gave me the confidence to calm my nervous system down and walked me through a process to be a good authoritative parent. Thank you so much!"
