Live, Small-Group Coaching for Parents of Kids and Tweens

Welcome to PAUSE People Coaching
PAUSE People is a voice for kids who aren’t born organized; kids who need more structure and guidance at home to be successful later, as school and life demands get more complicated.
We created PAUSE People to disrupt a growing, predictable trend: more kids enter school with lagging self-regulation skills, often hitting an emotional wall later, frustrated and overwhelmed when life's demands outpace the skills they’ve been taught to organize it all.

PAUSE People Pods
PAUSE People Pods bring together up to four families for online, small-group learning, discussion, and support around self-regulation and parenting skills. It's all rooted in the PAUSE People system.

Dates: Starting in November, 2025
Times: Flexible -we're world-wide!

In order to flex their emerging self-regulation AKA executive function skills, disorganized kids need our help with more consistent routines and positive habits; like regular bedtimes, smooth transitions, clear limits, and expectations.

Join veteran coaches Dan Leibowitz and Yulia Rafailova for a small-group coaching cohort that spans 4 sessions over 8 weeks. This actionable, light-hearted, and deeply effective experience meets every two weeks to give space for practice and growth between live sessions. In the weeks between Thursday cohort sessions, members have access to live Office Hours for targeted coaching, support, and community.
